Situated in the centre of the historic Westend of the fremantle city, Rialto Apartments offer a truly unique opportunity to experience all that Fremantle has to offer. The new single level apartments are modern, spacious and airy. Accessed from the street with video remote door control and by way of an attractive terracotta tiled stairway, Rialto Apartments are private and secure. The spacious living areas have double french doors which open onto balconies which overlook High Street. Quality timber furniture throughout Rialto Apartments compliment the use of Baltic and Oregon pine timbers, stainless steel, marble and granite. Local art is displayed on the sand-finished walls. The design of the apartments is such that the master bedrooms are insulated from street disturbance and have balconies with sunny northern aspect. Roller shutters has been installed to further reduce any disturbance. Unit 1 has a Kingsize bed in the master bedroom and a double bed in the 2nd bedroom. Unit 2 has a queen size bed in the master bedroom and a 3/4 bed in the 2nd bedroom. Sofa Bed or Day Bed in the lounge room can be convered to facilitate addtional sleeping space. The spacious bathrooms are marble tiled, with unit 1 featuring a bidet and Roman bath. Both units have fully equipped Tasmanian oak kitchens with granite benchtops, glass splashbacks and stainless steel appliances (oven, gas hotplate, dishwasher and fridge) and inline filtered water. The units feature Plasma TVs', DVD Players, DVD Library and stereo systems and a second TV in the main bedrooms. An extensive DVD library is provided. Rialto Apartments feature a compact laundry which has washing machine, clothes dryer, iron & ironing board. Undercover off street car parking is available.
